Four Words
Words are powerful.
In the last few years word decor has really taken off and regardless of background we derive benefit from seeing, reading and hopefully internalising their meaning!
I had a plaque in my 'box of stuff' which I hadn't used since I purchased it whilst Woolworths was still around (remember that?)
I used pencil and these are my four words:
DREAM
because to dream is to seek motivation
it is to be inspired
and to inspire
because to dream is to have hope
the possibility to work towards
the possibility to have
because to dream is to carry on
inspite of the hurdles
to continue
because to dream you need strength
to breakthrough the delusion
and see optimism
BELIEVE
because to believe is to hand over
your issues
your concerns
your hopes
your fears
your what-ifs
because to believe is to submit
quit the protest
surrender
because to believe is to feel Lordship over you
a Cloak of Protection
a Shade matching no other
because to believe is to connect
you
with the unseen
IMAGINE
because to imagine is to allow
your creative spirit
to thrive
because to imagine is to go beyond
your situational quagmire
to another reality
because to imagine is to peer through the haze
and find
clarity
because to imagine aids
our dreams
our belief
SMILE
becauase to smile is to thank
the infinite
blessings
because to smile is to give
charity
friendship and peace
because to smile is to stay defiant
when tragedy strikes
when we crumble
because to smile is to admit
I don't know
but God Knows Best.
